10 best ways to not getting drunk fast on a night out

Here i am listing some tips of not to get drunk too fast at night outs. Especially for those who do not drink a lot or don’t go out too much.


1 . Don’t drink anything mixed with pop, the carbonation does something and speeds up the alcohol absorption. Instead mix with juice.

2. Try and drink a glass of water in between your cocktails.

3. Try to avoid shots! It’s just straight liquor going right into your system! Good Luck and have fun!

4. Stick to drinks with a weaker percentage of alcohol.

5. Drink at home first its the best way by far.

6. Eat somthing nice a fatty before you start drinking. The fat in the hummus coated my stomach and greatly slowed the rate the alcohol got into my blood stream.

7. Avoid fizzy drinks as the bubbles pushes the alcohol into the blood faster.

8. Try to drink a pint of full fat milk before you go out.

9. Take a bath before starting drinking at home or going out.

10. Don’t stay in the same pub all evening. Snack as often as you can. A packet of crisps, nuts, etc, with every second or third drink will add to the bulk of your earlier meal.

Finally, and most importantly, have fewer drinks and make them last longer.
